Shipping policy

We currently offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Delivery charges are determined based on the selected shipping method and the destination of the order. These charges are indicated during checkout. Please be aware that certain regions may be subject to duties and taxes, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Kindly note that we do not deliver to PO box addresses in any of the countries within our shipping network.

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will be dispatched usually within 3 business days of our receipt of your order. Additionally, dispatch delays for some orders may occur due to the high volume of orders placed during promotional periods or sales.

You can check the status of your orders by logging in to your account on our Site. Simply go to Order History/Status in the My Account section. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to our delivery partner's website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment. You can also track your order at here with your order tracking number.
