• PO Box Restrictions: Kindly note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses in any country within our shipping network.

Return Fees & Restocking Fees
• United States: FREE Returns within your 30‑day window.
• Hong Kong, Macau,Taiwan: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and taxes to
our HK warehouse within 14 days. No restocking fees apply.
• International Orders (Outside regions above): Subject to a 25% restocking fee per pair. International customers are
responsible for return shipping costs. Original duties, taxes, and shipping
costs are non‑refundable.
Return Conditions & Deadlines
To prevent return policy abuse and ensure warehouse processing,
all returns must strictly adhere to the following timelines and conditions:
• The 30/14 Policy
Timeline: You have 30 days from the date your parcel was received to log into our portal and request a return. Once your return request is approved and your prepaid label is generated, the physical package must be shipped and arrive at our facility within 14 days. Items arriving after this subsequent 14‑day transit window will be accepted solely at the discretion of ARTICLE NO.
• Original Condition: All products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original pristine
condition.
• Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging, tissue, and shoe boxes.
• Final Sale & Special Items:In accordance with California Civil Code, products marked as Final Sale, sale items, and gift cards are strictly non‑returnable, non‑refundable,
and cannot be exchanged.
• Carrier Restrictions: You MUST use our provided prepaid return label and our designated carrier. If you return your order using your own choice of carrier, our warehouse will be unable to accept the parcel, and we cannot issue a refund. ARTICLE NO. is not responsible for independent shipping costs or lost packages sent outside our network.
• Exchanges: The fastest way to get your new size or style is to
return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
• Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your approval status. Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to 14 working days to fully post to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please reach out to
us at info@articleno.com.
• Damages & Issues: Please inspect your footwear immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if an item is
defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right
for you.
1. Sizing & Fit
• Are your shoes true to size?
Our footwear is designed with a generous, foot‑shaped fit to give your
toes plenty of room to splay naturally and fit true to your standard sneaker size. The Golden Rule: Because conventional narrow shoes tend to squeeze your feet, we strongly recommend sizing up one full size to enjoy total toe freedom.
Our Vagabond model naturally fits true to size, so you can stick to your regular number.
If you are between sizes on any other model, always size up!
• What sizing system do you use?
Our footwear is crafted using accurate European sizing (EU) for production precision. We seamlessly convert these to standard US Men's and Women's equivalents on our store site so you never have to guess.
• What if they don't fit?
We offer a 30‑day window to initiate a free return or exchange for all US orders. For international orders, please refer to our full Returns Policy page for complete details on coverage.

• What is the "Wide Toe Box" and why does it matter?
Unlike conventional footwear that tapers and cramps your toes together, our signature wide toe box is shaped

• Do all your styles feature a wide toe box?
Yes. Our core wide toe box DNA is the foundation of every style we design, with our Barefoot collection offering an extra‑wide fit for ultimate room.
3. Transitioning
• I’ve never worn wide‑toe or barefoot shoes before. Will they feel different?
It may take 1‑2 days for your feet to adjust as they begin moving freely. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at a time during your first week.
4. Socks & Foot Health
• Do I need to wear socks with them?
Yes, wearing socks is completely normal and recommended. Socks
help manage sweat, keep your feet fresh, and reduce friction during all‑day
wear.
• Should I wear special socks for better results?
Yes! We strongly suggest wearing toe socks or Tabi socks with our shoes. Toe and Tabi socks allow every single toe to
separate independently, maximizing your toe alignment, balance, and overall foot protection inside the wide toe box.
5. Shipping & Returns
• Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
