We currently offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Delivery charges are determined based on the selected shipping method and the destination of the order. These charges are indicated during checkout.
Please be aware that certain regions may be subject to duties and taxes, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Kindly note that we do not deliver to PO box addresses in any of the countries within our shipping network.
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will be dispatched usually within 3 business days of our receipt of your order. Additionally, dispatch delays for some orders may occur due to the high volume of orders placed during promotional periods or sales. Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong public holidays are not considered business days. Please note: We follow the Hong Kong calendar and local time (HKT).
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, please go to your account at the top right corner where it says your name. Click "create return" next to the order you would like to return and follow the prompts. If you placed an order as a guest, please click here to process a return.
Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee per item. Duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
