We ship to over 25 destinations with duties and taxes included. If this applies to you, your package will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and there will not be any additional fees upon delivery.

For countries under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), duties and taxes may incur upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

DELIVERY

We love bringing ARTICLE NO. to feet all over the world! We currently offer international shipping to a wide range of global destinations.

Shipping Charges & Taxes: All shipping fees, regional duties, and taxes are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination and chosen method.

PO Box Restrictions: Kindly note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses in any country within our shipping network.

Dispatch Times: Pending order verification and credit approval, orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days. Please note that dispatch delays may occur during highvolume promotional periods or seasonal sales.

Estimated Delivery Windows:

United States: 7–12 business days
Asia: 5–8 business days
Middle East: 8–12 business days
Europe: 6–14 business days
Canada: 10–15 business days

Duties and import taxes

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to more than 25 destinations. Duties and taxes are included in what you pay at checkout, and there is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.

All other countries ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your local customs authority may charge duties and taxes before releasing your parcel. These are set by your country rather than by us, so we can't calculate them in advance.

Addresses we can't ship to

We're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses in any country.

Returns and exchanges

If the size isn't right, or you've changed your mind, see our [Return page].

US orders include free returns and a free size exchange. Everywhere else, return shipping is arranged by you — full details are on the Return page.

RETURN

If your shoes aren't right, we'll keep it simple. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

How to start

Ordered as a guest? [Start a return here] — you'll need your order number and the email you ordered with.

What it costs, by region

United States Free returns. We send you a prepaid label. No restocking fee. Free size exchanges — see Refunds & Exchanges.

Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Return to our Hong Kong warehouse. You arrange and pay for return shipping. No restocking fee.

All other countries You arrange and pay for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee per pair applies. Original shipping, duties and taxes aren't refundable.

Timing

Request your return within 30 days of delivery.
Once it's approved, send it within 21 days.

We go by the date your carrier first scans the parcel, not the date it reaches us. Postal delays aren't your problem.

Condition

Shoes need to come back unworn and unwashed, in original condition, with all original packaging, tissue and shoe boxes.

Try them on indoors on a clean floor or carpet. Outdoor wear marks the soles, and we can't accept them back once that happens.

Sending it back

United States — use the prepaid label from your return confirmation email. Please don't use a different carrier; parcels sent outside our network can't be accepted at the warehouse.

Everywhere else — use any carrier you like, but please send it with tracking and write your order number clearly inside the package. We can't trace parcels sent without it.

Final sale

Items marked Final Sale, sale items and gift cards can't be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Faulty or wrong item

If anything arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email info@articleno.com straight away. We'll cover the return shipping and put it right.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Exchanges: The fastest way to get your new size or style is to
return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

• Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your approval status. Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to 14 working days to fully post to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please reach out to
us at info@articleno.com.

• Damages & Issues: Please inspect your footwear immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if an item is
defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right
for you.

1. Sizing & Fit

• Are your shoes true to size?

Our footwear is designed with a generous, foot‑shaped fit to give your
toes plenty of room to splay naturally and fit true to your standard sneaker size. The Golden Rule: Because conventional narrow shoes tend to squeeze your feet, we strongly recommend sizing up one full size to enjoy total toe freedom.
Our Vagabond model naturally fits true to size, so you can stick to your regular number.

If you are between sizes on any other model, always size up!

• What sizing system do you use?

Our footwear is crafted using accurate European sizing (EU) for production precision. We seamlessly convert these to standard US Men's and Women's equivalents on our store site so you never have to guess.

• What if they don't fit?

We offer a 30‑day window to initiate a free return or exchange for all US orders. For international orders, please refer to our full Returns Policy page for complete details on coverage.

2. Design & Collections

• What is the "Wide Toe Box" and why does it matter?

Unlike conventional footwear that tapers and cramps your toes together, our signature wide toe box is shaped
to let your forefoot expand naturally. This improves your balance, stability,
and everyday comfort.

• Which collection is right for me?

• Do all your styles feature a wide toe box?

Yes. Our core wide toe box DNA is the foundation of every style we design, with our Barefoot collection offering an extra‑wide fit for ultimate room.

3. Transitioning

• I’ve never worn wide‑toe or barefoot shoes before. Will they feel different?

It may take 1‑2 days for your feet to adjust as they begin moving freely. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at a time during your first week.

4. Socks & Foot Health

• Do I need to wear socks with them?

Yes, wearing socks is completely normal and recommended. Socks
help manage sweat, keep your feet fresh, and reduce friction during all‑day
wear.

• Should I wear special socks for better results?

Yes! We strongly suggest wearing toe socks or Tabi socks with our shoes. Toe and Tabi socks allow every single toe to
separate independently, maximizing your toe alignment, balance, and overall foot protection inside the wide toe box.

5. Shipping & Returns

• Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

•What are your shipping/return terms for the USA?
We offer free shipping and free 30-day returns on all US orders.

•How do international returns work?
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please visit our Returns Portal to start the process and view the specific instructions for your country.
