Refund policy

You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, please go to your account at the top right corner where it says your name. Click "create return" next to the order you would like to return and follow the prompts. If you placed an order as a guest, please click here to process a return.

 

Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee per item. Duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

Returns must use the label(s) provided and arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of Article No..

 

  • All products must be returned within 14 days since the order was received.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition.
  • All returns must include the original packaging.
  • Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Carrier for Return
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our prepaid return label and the carrier indicated on the label. If you have returned your order with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse nor be able to refund your order. Please also note that ARTICLE NO. will not be responsible for any shipping costs or lost packages when return orders haven't been sent with our prepaid return label and through our selected carrier.
